Day 3 - Storm Agnes did not dampen the spirits yesterday! It was a dry morning whilst abseiling, crate stacking, doing the high ropes and the huge zip wire. The Year 6 children who aren’t at the Venture Centre have been staying warm and dry this week, and having been delving into their topic of World War 2. They’ve enjoyed learning about life as an Evacuee, and had a great time recreating scenes from the Blitz using chalk.
