As part of our topic “Hey, isn’t it time for…” we enjoyed earning our “Baking Badge”. We loved learning about different recipes and instructions. We learned that it is very important that we make sure each step of our recipe is in the right order. We loved writing lists and even wrote one for Miss Willoughby so that she could go shopping for our pizza topping ingredients. We had to follow the instructions in the recipe very carefully so that we could make the dough. We chose what toppings we wanted and placed them very carefully on top of our pizzas. They were delicious!
